Please pardon the beginner question, but where do I get instructions about setting up Installation Manager for  the first time and then installing RMC from the IBM License Manager site?

Hello David,

the following topic of the RMC info center describe how to install RMC using Installation Manager:

Installing by using IBM Installation Manager

If you don't have Installation manager already installed you can use the launchpad from the RMC download package:
