This is not supported in the RQM UI.  You could use the RQM REST API to GET the feed of attachments (see https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Read and https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi#Resources_and_their_Supported_Op) and download each attachment separately.
