Error CRJAZ6060E when I try to save anything.

In the project area, I can't save anything.
I got the error: 

CRJAZ6060E

The process item cannot be saved because the most recent version is not being edited. Typically, this error means that another user edited this item while the editor was open. Refresh the editor and try to save the item again.

But I've refreshed the editor and have no one else using the RTC at the same time as me.
I am not using eclipse and the web at the same time.
I can't save timelines, types and attributes, exclude members of the project... etc.

Can anyone help me with this?

Did it just start happening at some point?
Are you the only user affected?
Have you tried restarting the server?
Is your client synchronized with the server time-wise?
What is the version of the product you are using?

I realized the error when I try to delete the timeline, but I do not believe this to be the cause of the error.

Are you the only user affected?
All admin users

Have you tried restarting the server?
Not yet, because it would imply to stop the RTC in all company teams. I want to find the root cause of the problem, otherwise I will have to restart the server every time this error happens again.

Yes

What is the version of the product are you using?

4.0.4
