Which permissions govern access to the mini dashboard in RQM (402)?

I have a user that cannot access the mini dashboard.
He has all of the permissions required to work with both his personal and the project area dashboards so I don't understand why this is happening?

I cannot see separate permission for the mini dashboard so I am thinking that this must be tied to permissions for one of the other dashboards or...?

This doesn't seem to me to be a permission issue.
Please see the following enhancement that covers the use of the X-Jazz-CSRF-Prevent header:

The header has been added in to prevent from malicious requests to the web server. If you are getting this OOTB (as opposed to a scenario where you make your own OSLC requests), that might mean that the system fails to use the header correctly.

I would suggest to open a defect on

Thanks for the reply Piotr.

Strange that this is not occurring for other users though?
