Related Plans in Team Concert
I would like to understand how the links "Related Plans" on the links tab of plans should work.
I have create a structure like that: 
Than I've Renamed the the two plans to Product Backlog, Release 1.0 and created the three Sprint plans.
The Product Backlog plan now has the Release 1.0 plan as Related Plans.
The Release 1.0 plan has the Product Backlog plan Related Plans.
Sprint 01 has no related plans.
Sprint 02 and Sprint 03 have Sprint 01 as related.
From my point of view that looks a bit arbitrary and I don't see a benefit of those links.
Is this the intended functionality and why is there no way to create those relations manually?
I have seen that discussion, but I'm still confuded.
