OSLC vs RQM REST API which one is more efficient and better to use ?

Hi ,

My requirement is to get test artifacts details from the RQM server on the basis on filter atribute like title ,id and all.

Please suggest me which one is efficient way to get the test artifacts details.

Based on your specific requirements, I would use REST API: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RqmApi
