 There is an Eclipse client for RTC but not for RQM , i am wondering why ?

My requirement is to customized the RQM custom section  into a pop window instead of Rich text section or Grid view. i don't know how can i use scripting language to make this happen , if possible. ?

There was an Eclipse client for RQM in the first release.
The QM people don't like to use Fat clients and it was discontinued.
I can't answer your other question.

 Thanks Ralph for your response!!!! let's put aside the Eclipse client, is there any possible way to change RQM UI for customs section as per requirement ?
I have talked with some people working on RTC and i am wondering if this is possible in RTC then why not in RQM  ?
