Hi,
Can Rational tools work with DB2 10.5 (and get advantage of the BLU technology)?

We are using Rational Insight and CLM.

Thanks,
Raviv.

 Hi Raviv

IBM Rational CLM 4.0.5 and Rational Insight still does not support DB2 10.5 version. You can find the system requirements, supported database versions and the respective CLM versions here:

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements

For latest version CLM4.0.5/4.0.6, look here:

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements405406

So it's ruled out that you can use DB2 10.5 version with Rational CLM and Insight tools.

Hi Sumant,
Thanks for the quick and informative answer.
Any idea when should it be supported?

Thanks,
Raviv.

Hi Raviv

I do not know the roadmap yet and did not find any RFE (Request For Enhancement) either for this support. This might be supported in one of the future releases but do not know when.

You might consider raising an RFE with the business justification, if this is required:
