Is it possible to install RRDI with shared JTS and multiple DW?

Hi

I have the following CLM setup:

Server 1 - JTS with RTC and DW
Server 2 - RTC and a DW
Server 3 - QM and a DW
Server 2 and 3 share server 1 JTS.

I've installed RRDI for server 1, all working fine. However RRDI for server 2 doesn't connect to the DW. I'm thinking RRDI only supports 1 DW, hence the problems I'm seeing? Is Insight my best option?

Hi Charlotte,
You should use only one DW for all applications in given server, not separate one for each application.
So you architecture should be e.g. following:

Server 1 - JTS with RTC and DW database
Server 2 - RTC
Server 3 - QM
Server 2 and 3 share server 1 JTS.
