RTC 4.0.5: how can I delete a TAG-object from the project area?

I have heard something like it should be possible since 4.0.5 to delete TAG-objects (however they are called officially) from a project area.
Unfortunately I could not found the place to do that TAG to be deleted in the whole project area

it does not seem to have any way to clear a tag from the project area level in 4.0.5. From the feature here: https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.5?p=news#workItemTags
it seems it is work item level's deletion not Project Area level.
