RTC 4.0.4. rich text (CKEditor) - where are lists and tables?

RTC 4.0.4 uses CKEditor (work item 239792). It's said to be the same as in RRC.
How do I enable

bulleted lists
ordered lists
tables

in RTC work item text fields (e.g. Description)?

The RTC process definition edtor has nice features:
Toolbar1

RRC has nice features:
toolbar2

RQM has nice features:
toolbar3

Hello,

I guess this is currently not possible with RTC rich text editor,

and should be addressed with HTML attributes: support rich editing, e.g. bullet lists, tables (41806)
