RTC 4.0.4 uses CKEditor (work item 239792). It's said to be the same as in RRC.
How do I enable
  • bulleted lists
  • ordered lists
  • tables
in RTC work item text fields (e.g. Description)?


The RTC process definition edtor has nice features:
