In RTC, How would you group a bunch of tasks and have a graph that displays the percent completion of all the tasks ?

We'd like to be able to group a bunch of tasks.  How would you group these tasks ?

As these tasks are completed, is there a graph that will display the percent completion of the tasks combined.

We are currently using the Formal Project Management process.
