Workitem preview shows less children than expected

When hovering over a workitem in Plan view, a preview of a workitem pops up. In this preview, for some workitems, the number of children is incorrect. For example, the preview shows "Children (7): " (ids of children follow), but when I enter the workitem, it turns out it actually has more children. If I click "More info" on the preview, the number of children is also correct.
Is that a known issue?

Hi Piort,
1. Are you using Eclipse client or web ui?
2. How these work items have been created? (e.g. manually, exported from csv). We had issues with plans when work items were exported from csv
3. What is your RTC version?
4. How many children do you see when you see them under firebug
5. Have you used KT to investigate that?
