Bharath Rao (915241) | asked Jul 16 '19, 6:05 a.m.
We are trying to view the history of files / folders in RTC WebUI / RTC Eclipse Client. This activity is leading to Internal Server Error.

What should we do ?

Here are a few pointers to be reviewed for this issue:

a. Check if the history loads for new files / folder after check in. If yes, its probably due to IHS timeout configuration
b. Check the IHS timeout value in HTTPServer\conf\httpd.conf file. Try increasing the value and review if that helps.

If the above do not help, please reach out to the RTC Support.
