Loading history of files leads to Internal Server Error
Accepted answer
Here are a few pointers to be reviewed for this issue:
a. Check if the history loads for new files / folder after check in. If yes, its probably due to IHS timeout configuration
b. Check the IHS timeout value in HTTPServer\conf\httpd.conf file. Try increasing the value and review if that helps.
If the above do not help, please reach out to the RTC Support.
