How to add screenshot to QM\CCM\RM?

 An easy question, but i can't find the answer. How to add screenshots to work items in Rational CCM? I use jts 4.0.0.1

Depending upon your browser (Firefox, Chrome) you can use drag and drop to add attachments

Also not sure which release it was added but there is also a button in the work item (top right) to capture a screenshot and attach to a work item.

 When viewing a defect, click on links and then you will see a browse icon to attach the file.

 In jir you can paste screenshot and it will save it in interactive window. Folks asked me about the same thing, To save files and to attach them then is a longer way.
