RTC Planning capacity

The capacity of a person cannot be altered at the task level. It only allows to be held at the resource level. Is there any work around for this?

RTC Planning is not designed for this kind of micro management. You can only manage the over all allocation of a person and the scheduler takes that into account. Each task is expected to be executed with maximal allocation and once it is finished, the next one is executed.
