Hi,
I configured CLM 4.0.3 and DataWarehouse with Oracle 11g.
With Oracle, the installation process create 5 users (CONFIG,RIODS,RIDW,RIASSET,RISCHK,RICALM) and they are locked.
My customer requires changing password of oracle users on a regular basis.

Is my understanding bellow correct?
1.CLM and DW doesn't keep password of these 5 users in the application.
2.Even if password of these users has been changed in Oracle, it doesn't affect CLM and DW.

Hello Yokho,

yes, this is correct the 5 users are just used to organize the data warehouse tables in schemas.
They are inactive and doesn't need to have the passwords managed.

Best Regards
Francesco
