Is there an API to get user login and logout time and force a user timeout

 Is there an API to get user login and logout time? Customer wants to force user logout after a certain period of time.

The app server can set session limits AND the license manager times out the license after a configurable duration ( in the case of floating license ).  However, if one has a login via Eclipse RTC, I'm willing to bet that the client takes measures to keep the session alive.
