Why Tracks/Contributes To are not recognised after the WorItem Import through CSV?

I have done WorkItems exported from V4.0.5 and imported in V4.0.6 RTC Server (using csv ). All kinds of links like Child/parent everything is working even the Tracks and Contributes To. But if I run the Query then the WorkItems are not showing the Tracks/Contributes To field in the Imported Server? Anybody has any idea why its happening?

this might be due to this defect CSV work item imports not working by default for tracks/contributes to links (279936)
