Hello Archana, the test case attributes (custom attributes) is a project area specific section.
So in order to get to it you have to use the steps below:
a. Go to https://clm:port/qm/web
b. Get into the project area in QM.
c. Now, click on Admin menu and then on Manage Project Properties.

Included below is a snapshot showing the "custom attributes" window for your reference..

Best Regards, Sunil

Is it possible to change the testcase attribute "Expected Result" using this one?

No, the option above is to create new custom attributes only.
