Need to know the owner of zImport for character conversion problem.

We are having a character conversion problem using zImport to RTC.

Would like to connect with the owner of zImport in a discussion with the zBuild team.

It appears to be a codepage type problem. What codepage does zimport use?

If we use FTP to the PC and then copy the parts to the RTC folder we have no conversion problem.
Everything in the FTP process uses CP1252.

This problem is holding up our migration to RTC.
