How to access the RTC bug tracker?

Hi there,
I'm getting an error that states I'm not authorized to view this page when attempting to browse to the RTC project dashboard:
http://jazz.net -> Products -> Rational Team Concert -> What's happening -> See project dashboard
Any hints appreciated - thanks!

You are doing it the right way, but it looks like your account did not get created in the Jazz repository that hosts the RTC development project, but it was created in our other Jazz repository, which hosts the RQM development project, for example. I will look into this with our account management team.

Have you been able to access it before? Or is this your first time trying?

I created my jazz.net account about four weeks ago and It's the first time I try to access the Rational Team Concert development dashboard.
