 Found out that with an existing baseline (back far enough from deletion, but not too far to precede creation) or a newly created baseline in the past, one can list and access RRC deleted artifacts. However printing will fail, and creating a report will hang and do nothing. Any idea ?

I can reproduce this on the most current release (4.0.4).  I filed a defect:

Error 500 - Unable to describe artifact when attempting to print deleted artifact from a baseline (80220)

I would suggest contacting support to create a PMR if you require further assistance.  Hope it helps,
