How can we get Product Owner and Scrum Master permissions on Jazz Hub?
Anthony Kesterton created a Jazz Hub project area for us to work with our client (kesterto | Pilot Closeout) - it is working fairly well now that we know what the limitations are.
However, Anthony K is going to be out of pocket for the next 2.5 weeks, and we need someone that has more privileges to maintain the project while he is out. Can someone please grant Anthony Crain and Marianne Hollier the same privileges (add Product Owner and Scrum Master) that Anthony K has? If not, what are our options for gaining more admin rights? |

Our long term plan here is to allow the project owner to assign additional users as "project administrators" which will, behind the scenes, give them the additional process roles you mentioned. It sounds like that would meet your needs I believe, correct? The other thing we will be pursuing at some point is project owner transfer. This would be used if Anthony K actually wanted to hand ownership of the project over to someone else entirely. Any thoughts you have on these directions would be greatly appreciated.
To resolve your problem in the short term, I will reach out to Anthony K directly to come up with a solution. Comments

Yes - both of those capabilities would meet our needs and seem like good enhancements for other teams as well.

Is Anthony K still available? If so, the easiest way could be for Anthony Kesterton to do this by editing the roles of Anthony C and Marianne H.

Anthony K tried adding those roles to Marianne and Anthony C and he does not have permissions to save the project area. Are there other folks that can add those permissions?
Did Anthony try removing you and add you back with the additional privileges? That should work.
Fine grained role management is currently not allowed at JazzHub, so this path will not work (though it would for a vanially RTC instance/project).
