Unable to view iteration plans in eclipse client
We are having an issue with iteration plans. Our iteration plans (Scrum template) for Sprint #1 and #2 and our Release Product Backlog will no longer display in the eclipse/RTC client. I can view them via the web interface but not in eclipse.
Our current iteration, Sprint #3 is displaying. The symptoms are: The display in the Planned Items tab just says "Loading " and never shows anything. The chart and overview tab function correctly. They did not all become unavailable at once. The Sprint #1 and #2 plans were unreachable a week or so ago and the Release Product Backlog became unavailable today. The last thing that happened: I attempted to save an altered work item in the Release Product Backlog plan. The save did not complete, it stuck with the progress bar almost complete and never returned. I had to restart eclipse after about 15 minutes. From that point, the iteration plan did not load inside eclipse and is only viewable via the web. Additional: I can still perform queries against items in the plan. I can access the work items by id and alter/save them but I cannot view them via the iteration plan. |
