creating work item using Work Item Template- Web Client

I have created the work item template using both Web and eclipse client.
I could see both the template in Eclipse client
Again i could create the work item using Template on Eclipse client

BUT WHY I am unable to create the work item using the same Template on web client??? I don't even see the next dialog box after you click on "Create work item from template"

I am using clm6.0.3 with ifix4. I tried with all browser like FF, IE, and chrome.

did you see anything in ccm.log and systemout.log(if WAS used) when click on "Create work item from template"? as it is web client issue, it is worth to check with firebug and see if anything comes up when you click on "Create work item from template".
