assigning tasks to multiple people inline with MPP

MPP allows us to assign single tasks to multiple people based on % of allocation

How this can be achived in RTC. As per my knowledge in RTC tasks can be allocated to only one person, in that case while importing from MPP , what happens?

In RTC, you can only assign the 'owner' of a work item to one person. If you prefer, you can create alternate user fields (with different attribute name) which can also be referenced as an owner. We do this internally for our different levels of support - for example: L2 Owner, L3 Owner etc
