Is there a way to increase the refresh time of the RTC Eclipse Client?

Greetings all,

Is there a switch to flip somewhere that will allow me to increase the rate at which the eclipse client polls the server for changes?

For example, when I run a query on the stories/tasks for the current sprint, some of the tasks do not show the current information in the query pane.

The only way to determine the true current status is to double click on the task, then the status is updated correctly in the query.

We drilled into one task that did not have an assigned owner and was listed as new. When the task was displayed in the top pane it had an assigned owner and was in progress. I went to the history tab and the task had been updated the day before so the status should have been updated by the next day. The query would only refresh if the task was opened.

Client/server is 4.0.5

Thank you and hope to see you at Innovate!!!!

Regards,

Karl

I think you are talking about the data warehouse snapshot time.   If so see the following.  In short you can change what time it runs, but not how often it runs.

and this to change the time
