How does the 'team capacity' resource works in reports within RTC?
I have created a report using the 'team capacity' resource, and I would like to understand how it works. I provided values for the period from January 1, 2024, to January 31, 2024, to assess the capacity of the team in terms of the number of man-hours they are capable of providing in one month. Could you please clarify how the system calculates or interprets the values I have input?
As I am receiving a graph starting from December 31, 2023, instead of reflecting the values I provided for the specified time period.
Please explain the working of the "team capacity" resource in report generation.
