What impact could this property have in clm 4.0.3?

 Hi, i was having a trouble in the clm 4.0.3. When i try to run a get request after a transaction, i have a bad request. This happened to me only in 4.0.3, in 4.0.2 i run it successfully.
but... can this generate an other issue in my CLM? i don't know what can change with that property (Advanced Properties >> RQM Integration Component >> Allow Pre-fetching Requested RESTful Resource >> false)

The 'Allow Pre-fetching Requested RESTful Resource' Advanced Property is used to enable/disable pre-fetching (or caching) RQM Reportable REST API resources.  When disabled, resource pre-fetching (or caching) is disabled, which may result in a performance impact.

If disabling this Advanced Property resolves your issue, please open a RQM defect.
