Problem Defining approval tracking process

Hi,
When i try to define the approval tracking process for a project i am getting the error "Missing Required License".
I am using the ExpressC version of RTC2.0.0.1. The user who is trying to define the approval tracking process is having the following rights

1. He is part of the administrators group.
2. He is assigned the RTC developer license.
3. He is having the following repository permissions,
JazzAdmins
JazzDWAdmins
JazzGuests
JazzUsers
JazzProjectAdmins
4.Also he is asigned the following roles.
Team Member, Product Owner, Scrum Master

Hi Sanfi,

i am not completely sure on this one.

The feature list in https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/2.0.0.2 shows that the workflow of work items can not be customized in Express-C. I assume that is the issue here and the error message suggests that.

You might still be able to use approvals bt you can't change the process, I believe.

In addition just one remark, being administrator is not neccessary sufficient to be able to change a process. The role must also have the required permission in the project or team area. An administrator can take a permission for one of the roles if it is not available. After doing that the user can do the desired change.

If my wild guess above should be wrong, you could try to give yourself all the permissions and retry. However I would have expected a "No Permission" error if that would be the case.
