In RRC 4.0 prevent emails for "review overdue" going to all participant and only to those who have not reviewed

In Rational Requirments Composer how do you check who is late doing a review and what they are late reviewing

Message next the Artifact is "Red time Stamp with Exlamation point" when you mouse over it, It says "This review is overdue"  The participants are getting system notices who that have already reviewed the artifacts and its annoying them. 

Is there a way to only send overdue messages to those who are overdue in reviewing artifacts or collections and not all who where asked to do the review.
