The whole story

Hi all,

I'm used to create programming languages and CASE Tools as part of my academic involvement and I'm impressed with the IBM initiative. After a few glimpses during the installation process (on a MAc), I'm now able to browse the tool.

The tool is so good that now I want more :):)

In fact this post is to ask is someone has developed a tutorial telling the whole story behind adopting JAZZ/RTC. What I mean by the whole story is not only how to use bits of the tool but the flow of using it from Process Engineering to Process Adoption and System Development and Deployment. I'm currently skimming the red book on Collaborative ALM with IBM products but I'm not 100% convinced this is what I need.

Well... can some one help me?

cheers
Toacy

Hi Toacy,

I think/hope you will find these two resources to be helpful:

1. Tutorials on most aspects on Jazz/RTC:
https://jazz.net/learn/articles.jsp

2. The whole Jazz Story:
https://jazz.net/learn/index.jsp

If you are looking for more specific information on a certain topic I recommend the Jazz wiki:

Enjoy!

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the help but in looking for something more theoretical that can be exemplified using JAZZ/RTC. All those links you've posted are great but they rely on the technicalities behind the tool and not the theory on Process Engineering and Enactment.
