I have RTC Customer how wants to work in this metrology of development,
Create 3 projects - Project 1 Infrastructure Modify 3 Components
Project Dec 1 Comp1; Comp2; Comp3 will be Read Only, Comp A (R&W)
Project Dev2 Comp1 (Read only) Comp b (R&W)
How I can make this 3 Components Read Only Component?
Examples:
Project 1 - Infrastructure

For each set of specific read-access groups you need to apply, you must
create a project area. Assign each component to be owned by the
appropriate project. Then configure the write access rules via the
process specification/advisor setup for each of the streams which
contain the components.
