Since I've upgraded to Luna SR2 and RTC v 5.0.2 (Build id: RTC-I20141031-0926),  the Add Screenshot tool in the Workitem Links tab no longer works properly.  When the "picture frame" comes up, it's insides are an opaque,  light grey.  Clicking on the camera just results in a solid grey picture. 

Is this a known issue, or could I have configured my installation wrong?

Hi Craig,
It doesn't look like Eclipse iDE 4.4.2 is officially supported for 5.0.2; rather only up to 4.4.1 and future fixpacks.  See:

However, RTC 6.0 is offering support for Eclipse IDE 4.4.2.
I tried looking for any known issues relating to this, but couldn't find any.

Thanks, Melissa.  I'll move up to v6 client when our RTC server moves to v6.
