To create CLM table spaces in existing Oracle Database

Natsumi Yokoyama (209387101) | asked Aug 19 '13, 3:40 a.m.

Does CLM support to create CLM table spaces in existing Oracle Database shared with other application?

Does anyone have experience to do this?

CLM recomends set up servers for CLM's exclusive use. But my customer need to use exisitng Oracle server for CLM.

Thank you in advance.

For a small demonstration environment, you could probably get away with just creating separate tablespaces and a separate database user who is associated with each tablespace - for each CLM application.

However, for a production server, you should create a new database as recommended in the InfoCenter documentation:

John
