RTC Work Item Query gives error but still gives results?

rtc query error

While running a query such as Open Risks I get this error when I click on the edit button while in the results page. It pops up twice while switching to edit mode. It allows me to edit and save. If i hit save and close no problems. If I just hit save I get the same two pop ups for a second time. This happens on any record I click on.

Looks like it could be a browser related issue. Does it happen in all browsers?
If not, it may be an issue with a label in your presentation. I would recommend using firebug to debug the pop-up and then opening up a PMR with IBM Support to determine the resolution.
