[closed] CCM application admin page - error - any idea?

CRJAZ1990E 3 tasks have been unscheduled due to unexpected errors, including the task "com.ibm.team.repository.ItemCleanupTask". Please check your server logs for details. Once you have addressed the issues, you should rest.art the server to reschedule this background task.

I checked the ccm log. What is this ItemCleanupTask in the error above?

The above error appearsĀ in the "Background Task" section on the CCM admin page

 I've seen this happen when RTC loses its connection to the database. RTC itself will stay online and re-connect to the DB however those background tasks won't work until the server is restarted. In your ccm.log do you have any exceptions listed that would indicate that there was a database connectivity issue?

We're seeing the same thing, though with this slight difference:

CRJAZ1990E 3 tasks have been unscheduled due to unexpected errors, including the task "com.ibm.teamz.supa.admin.IndexSchedulerTask". Please check your server logs for details. Once you have addressed the issues, you should restart the server to reschedule this background task.

We recently upgraded to 4.0.4 from 4.0.3, and saw this in 4.0.3 with the default setting of 3000. We changed the setting to 6000 in 4.0.3, but still seeing the error.

I am seeing that:

4 tasks have been unscheduled due to unexpected errors, including the task "com.ibm.team.process.RequestRemoteEnterpriseProcessUpdatesTask". Please check your server logs for details. Once you have addressed the issues, you should restart the server to reschedule this background task.

Hi, I had the same error for DORS NG 6.0.0.
I had increased JDBC timeout for DB connection from 3000 to 6000.
The error had gone after it.
