JazzHub Beta 3 has fewer features than Beta 2?

I noticed some functionality Beta 2 not present in Beta 3, for example I can not create more equipment area, eidtar timelines, create more iterations, manage projects, and other functionalities, always get the error: You need permission administrator user ... I can explain if I'm doing something wrong or is that well should be.

Seems like the permissions were tightened up in the new version
