Tracking Work Item Time Spent/Actual Time on jazzHub
Is the ability to capture actual time spent on a work item disabled in jazzhub? The workItem screens don't allow entry of the data and it is not clear if/how Time Spent field gets populated.

Time spent is computer and driven by the estimate and the time remaining fields... there is no direct entry of actual time spent.
