Getting error 500 while trying to download RQM and to edit my profile

since yesterday I've been trying to download RQM software but I'm getting error 500.
Also I tried to use the sandbox, but it says that I need to complete my profile, and when I try to do it, I get the error 500 again.
Please help me

Hi dayne,
I got a 500 as welll. I would attempt downloading again in 24hors to see if the issue persists. BY then i would suspect the forumn admins will see this post and resolve the issue. |
It's been offline all weekend. I would recommend a contact address (or one automatically emailed) when outages like this happen.

I agree with you and have passed along the suggestion to the person who should be able to take action.

Okay, looks like an internal WI has been openned and technical and operations folks have been notified and asked to investigate if the suggestion can be implemented.

Tried today again and after several tries during the weekend I'm able to download, use the sandbox and update my profile.
