How do I Import eMail into Work Items in RTC 4.0.3?
I have been searching for information. The questions and responses in the forum seem to be dated. Has this been implemented?

This is not so sophisticated as our partner's solution. But you might want to try this as well as short solution.

IBM does not provide that function. An external vendor provides this. see
