Failed .ecore file import

I'm trying the import of an *.ecore file in DM to the Domain project.
The *.ecore file was generated in RSA 8.5, and contains a simple UML class model.
When I press the "Import" button appears the error:

CRMPA0031E A serious error occurred:
The server returned the following error: 404
For more information about the cause of the error, check the dm.log file.

I reviewed the dm.log, but don´t appear nothing about the error.

My server have:
Windows Server 2003 Standard 64x
DM 4.0.3 (Final Release)
Derby
Tomcat

It's trying to make a request to
https://servername:port/dm/metamodelconverter/requests/ where dm is the dm root.

If you access https://servername:port/dm/metamodelconverter/requests/ from the browser, do you get 403 or 404?

If you get 404, it would appear there is an install problem.
