Error while opening a work item on Web UI

I created a work item named 'Issue' with all the Editor presentation and other configurations done.Now when I am opening the work Item through Web UI it is displaying the error " Type Error: 'creator.name' is null or not an object"
There is no such field created by me.
Please help me in resolving this issue.
