Can not terminate floating license for user

Hi,

When users acquire all floating licenses which are on disposal, and when JazzAdmin wants to terminate floating license for particular user, it can be done one time, but when I try to terminate floating license to another users, I can't do it even if I get popup about clicking yes on terminate.

Any idea why this is happening?
