 I'm using Jazz.net/sandbox
I created an artifact on the Req. Mangr.
When I tried to edit a req. item i got the following err. msg
\Error started editing this artifact on . To lock for editing, you must override the lock. If you override the lock, that user might lose changes or have save conflicts.
Now when I hover the item in the items list i got the following err msg.

Error 500: Internal Server Error

Error rendering java server page: /com/ibm/rdm/fronting/server/ compact/internal/html/ resources/text.jsp: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not delete directory: /tmp/rrsjsp (More info found at entry [765a325ba6a3a6c7] in the RM application server log)

Hi Nabil,
I think there is an issue with the sandbox setup.  Defect 76251 describes a very similar issue which is probably what is causing your problem too.

thanks,

-Dominic
