RRC Browser plug in issues.
Hello,
We are working with FF 17ESR and IE9. It seems when we test out the editing of graphical artifacts like "Finalized Transaction" (User Interface Sketch) in JKE Banking, it's almost 50/50 if we can edit the graphic or not.
We have the rrc plugin installed.
Any thoughts on getting this up to 100%? When we edit, everything is fine, when it "doesn't work", we can click Edit, but no image ever shows for editing.

In this instance, https://jazz.net/library/article/1088/ - go passed the install/uninstall parts, should help you to dig deeper into this.
I am always sceptical of any intermittent behaviour. Are you able to tell us anything else such as the RRC version, I am assuming 4.0.3 on Windows 7?
