in what table of jazz server can i found the description column for a Test case in RQM v3??

I believe you are talking about Jazz server (as in dB which contains the description column attribute?)

If yes, there is no such direct approach..

However much better and easier option is to use the RQMAPI at the link below.. This should provide you feeds to get to the description field of the test case..
