How to set the milestone WI date in traditional project?

I use traditional project template, and there is milestone work item type. It shows black point in gantt view. But how can I set the milestone WI date? I want to set some important milestone in my project, but I only see the milestone WI is shown just as its create date.

You can set the constraint date for the milestone.
