How can I Export a list of files modified in change set ?

Hi
I'm using the funcionality to locate change sets on my eclipse client. I select the workitem and the stream.

In the results I select the option to open it with the "Change Summary" to see the files that have been modified.

Is the "Save Log" the only option? Or is there another way to export it into a excel with more details.
